Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Vaarep platform at vaarep.com or app.vaarep.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a business or legal entity, you represent that you have full legal authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Vaarep is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) reputation management platform built for home service businesses. The Service allows registered users to connect their Google Business Profile, dispatch automated review invitations via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email, route customer feedback according to configured star thresholds, and generate AI-assisted review response suggestions.

3. Account Registration & Organization Security

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your organization workspace. You must notify Vaarep immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing Contexts

Vaarep subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. Pricing, currencies, and payment processors vary based on your configured Commercial Billing Context:

Global Commercial Context: Subscriptions are billed in USD ($) and processed by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for Global orders.
South Africa Commercial Context: Subscriptions are billed in ZAR (R) and processed securely via PayFast or Paystack depending on system configuration.

All subscription fees are non-refundable except as explicitly provided in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Messaging & Messaging Credits

Review invitations dispatched over SMS or WhatsApp require messaging credits or active subscription allowances. You are responsible for ensuring that you have obtained appropriate consent from your customers prior to sending SMS or WhatsApp messages, in compliance with applicable telecommunications and privacy laws.

6. Reviews, AI Features & Third-Party Integrations

Vaarep integrates with third-party platforms including Google Business Profile, Twilio, OpenAI, Paddle, PayFast, and Paystack. You acknowledge that Vaarep does not control third-party platform availability, algorithms, or policy changes. AI-generated review response drafts must be reviewed and approved by an authorized user before publishing. Vaarep does not produce fake reviews or manipulate public rating data.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Termination

You agree not to misuse the Service, engage in messaging spam, generate fraudulent review requests, scrape data, or violate our Acceptable Use Policy. Vaarep reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability & Contact

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vaarep shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. For questions regarding these Terms, contact us at support@vaarep.com.
