Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 14-Day Free Trial

Vaarep provides a 14-day free trial on all subscription plans. No credit card is required to sign up. This allows business owners to fully evaluate the platform, test WhatsApp & SMS review requests, connect their Google Business Profile, and inspect analytics before any billing occurs.

2. Subscription Cancellation Timing & Access

You can cancel your subscription at any time by navigating to Dashboard → Settings → Billing and clicking "Cancel Subscription". Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will retain full access to your workspace, customer records, and review automations until the billing period concludes. No further recurring charges will be billed after cancellation.

3. Refund Conditions

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Except as required by applicable law or specific technical billing errors (such as duplicate charges), subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced. If you believe a billing error or duplicate transaction has occurred, contact our billing team at billing@vaarep.com within 14 days of the charge date.

4. Payment Processor Specifics

Global USD Context (Paddle): For Global USD orders processed via Paddle.com (Merchant of Record), refund requests and billing inquiries are managed according to Paddle's official customer support and refund guidelines.
South Africa ZAR Context (PayFast / Paystack): For South African ZAR orders processed via PayFast or Paystack, approved refunds are credited back to the original bank account or card used during checkout.

5. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

When upgrading your subscription tier (e.g. from Standard to Pro), your new features activate immediately, and any unused portion of your previous plan is prorated toward your new subscription. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
