Effective Date: August 1, 2026•Last Updated: August 18, 2026

1. Overview & Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules and prohibited conduct when using the Vaarep platform. Vaarep is committed to maintaining high standards of messaging deliverability, customer privacy, and ethical reputation management.

2. Anti-Spam & Messaging Deliverability Rules

You are strictly prohibited from using Vaarep to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) over SMS, WhatsApp, or Email. You represent and warrant that:

  • All customer phone numbers and email addresses uploaded to Vaarep belong to verified clients who have engaged your service or provided consent.
  • You will honor customer opt-out or unsubscribe requests immediately.
  • You will not purchase, rent, or trade third-party marketing lists to dispatch review requests.

3. Prohibition of Fake Reviews & Review Fabrication

Vaarep must not be used to fabricate, generate, or purchase fake reviews or ratings. You agree not to post reviews on your own business or pay third parties to leave artificial feedback on Google Business Profile.

4. System Integrity & Security Restrictions

You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, probe, scan, or exploit vulnerabilities in the Vaarep application, APIs, or database architecture. You may not bypass tenant isolation barriers, attempt unauthorized access to other workspaces, or execute automated scraping scripts.

5. Enforcement & Account Suspension

Vaarep reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy. Accounts found engaging in messaging spam, fake review fabrication, or unauthorized access will be suspended or terminated immediately without refund. Report violations to support@vaarep.com.
