Getting Started with Vaarep
Follow this quick start guide to launch your review automation system in less than 10 minutes.
Create Your Vaarep Account
Register for your 14-day free trial at app.vaarep.com/register. No credit card is required to begin.
Configure Business Profile & Rating Threshold
Enter your legal business name, contact details, logo, and set your desired star threshold (e.g. 4+ stars).
Connect Google Business Profile
Navigate to Dashboard → Settings → Integrations and sign in with your Google account to connect your Google Business Profile.
Import Customer Contacts
Add individual customers manually or upload a CSV list of recent clients under Dashboard → Customers.
Dispatch Your First Review Request
Select a customer and click 'Send Review Request'. Choose WhatsApp, SMS, or Email to dispatch your invitation immediately.
Monitor Responses & Use AI Replies
Watch new Google reviews stream into your dashboard. Click 'AI Reply' to draft professional responses in seconds.
